She has managed more than $50B of contract wins as a Proposal, Capture, and Business Development professional for Small and Large Businesses. Fueled by a commitment to excellence, Ms. Washington-Daye has trained in various proposal methodologies, is ITIL v3 certified, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
